Asbestos Roof Restoration

We convert old or new asbestos roofs to long lasting coloured roofs with a colour of your choice out of 1600 colours to enhance the aesthetic value of the property. Algae and fungi that have set-in on the roof will be physically removed with a special roof cleaning machine. Although the algae and fungi are removed from the surface their roots will always be embedded in the roofing sheets. Then the roof is subjected to an algae and fungi root treatment to completely eradicate algae and fungi from the roof and to prevent any such growth in the future. Then the roof is subjected to ‘Encapsulation’ treatment. ‘Encapsulation’ is a treatment that is widely used in many countries and recommended by the World Health Organisation to protect the asbestos uses from getting cancer. Then the roof is coated with coloured ceramic coating to convert the roof to a long lasting coloured roof with a five-year guarantee.
